Floor Screed: Ultraflo™ Liquid Floor Screeds

Floor Screed by Ultraflo is an easy screed floor screed solution which is a calcium sulphate, hemi-hydrate, pump applied liquid Floor Screed. Floor Screed by Ultraflo can be laid more than 10 times faster than traditional sand and cement screed, covering on average 2000 square metres per day.

This fast Floor Screed solution from Ultraflo Liquid Concrete Floor Screed is ideal for rapid subfloor levelling, for use in Floor Screed Underfloor Heating Systems, for unbonded, bonded and floating floor constructions, and is suitable for both residential and commercial floors.

Floor Screed Advantages

Levelling Screed by Ultraflo is delivered to site ready mixed and will have been tested prior to discharge for flow characteristics. It is pumped into place and in practice takes approximately 30 minutes to pump 6m3. The concrete screed is then dappled to remove air bubbles and create a smooth, level surface. The finished level of the screed is set using laser levels and tripod indicators throughout the room.
