Concrete Quality Committment

We have our own equipped laboratory and our own specially trained technicians constantly monitoring the quality of our concrete products. These technicians carry out all the relevant quality testing under the supervision of Fergus O’Hara who is head of our technical department.

The following tests are carried out on a regular basis and the results placed onto our special stand alone computer database for constant analysis.

Samples are taken on a daily basis and a slump test taken. Cubes are then taken of this concrete and marked. The following day they are stripped and placed in temperature controlled curing tanks having been dated and are then left curing until it is time for the specified date for crushing. All this is undertaken in our own laboratory using our own concrete quality testing equipment.

If you have any questions about the quality of quality testing procedures we undertake, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss these in more detail with you over the phone.
